We need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel after payment is verified.
1. Normal Mail
Parcels will be dispatch via Singpost and may take between 3 to maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) to reach you. Postage fee will start from $1.50 and depends on the item(s) and the quantity you are purchasing. It will be calculated and reflected upon your checkout.
As normal mail is not traceable, registered mail is highly recommended as a safer option for prevention of missing mail. Merryknot will not be liable for delayed and missing mails, hence please opt for Courier if possible.
2. Courier
Parcels will take between 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) to reach you. Courier fee is $4.50
Courier is highly recommended as it has a tracking number for traceability of the delivery status.
3. Express Delivery
Parcels will reach you next working day (excluding weekend and public holidays) to reach you. Fee is $8.50
Please note if order is place after 5pm on the day, etc order place on Monday after 5pm. We will only be able to process the express delivery booking on Tuesday to reach you on Wednesday.

Parcels will be dispatch via Singpost and may take between 3 to maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) to reach you. Postage fee will start from $1.50 and depends on the item(s) and the quantity you are purchasing. It will be calculated and reflected upon your checkout.
As normal mail is not traceable, registered mail is highly recommended as a safer option for prevention of missing mail. Merryknot will not be liable for delayed and missing mails, hence please opt for registered mail if possible.

Parcels will be dispatch via Singpost and may take between 3 to maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) to reach you. Postage fee will start from $1.50 and depends on the item(s) and the quantity you are purchasing. It will be calculated and reflected upon your checkout.

- Artwork will include a few combination of font style and send via Whatsapp for selection, no further changes can be made once artwork confirmed.
SIZE
- Each card topper measures approximately 16cm wide (for texts only). The size may be slightly bigger if you wish to add on some icons to your cake topper. Final measurement is dependent on design. If you require a different size please let us know.
- Maximum 3 lines, with 1 word or 2 short words per line. More words makes the topper more intricate and harder to read. We recommend to go for at least 2 lines as this will give your topper maximum impact on your cake.

We need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel after payment is verified.
1. Normal Mail
Parcels will be dispatch via Singpost and may take between 3 to maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) to reach you. Postage fee will start from $1.50 and depends on the item(s) and the quantity you are purchasing. It will be calculated and reflected upon your checkout.
As normal mail is not traceable, registered mail is highly recommended as a safer option for prevention of missing mail. Merryknot will not be liable for delayed and missing mails, hence please opt for Courier if possible.
2. Courier
Parcels will take between 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) to reach you. Courier fee is $4.50
Courier is highly recommended as it has a tracking number for traceability of the delivery status.
3. Express Delivery
Parcels will reach you next working day (excluding weekend and public holidays) to reach you. Fee is $8.50
Please note if order is place after 5pm on the day, etc order place on Monday after 5pm. We will only be able to process the express delivery booking on Tuesday to reach you on Wednesday.

- Each card topper measures approximately 16cm wide (for texts only). The size may be slightly bigger if you wish to add on some icons to your cake topper. Final measurement is dependent on design. If you require a different size please let us know.
- Maximum 3 lines, with 1 word or 2 short words per line. More words makes the topper more intricate and harder to read. We recommend to go for at least 2 lines as this will give your topper maximum impact on your cake.

We will only accept 2 x minor amendment.
We need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel after payment is verified.
1. Normal Mail
Parcels will be dispatch via Singpost and may take between 3 to maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) to reach you. Postage fee will start from $1.50 and depends on the item(s) and the quantity you are purchasing. It will be calculated and reflected upon your checkout.
As normal mail is not traceable, registered mail is highly recommended as a safer option for prevention of missing mail. Merryknot will not be liable for delayed and missing mails, hence please opt for registered mail if possible.
2. Registered Mail
Parcels may take up to 3 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) to reach you. Postage fee is $4. Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, we will either use Singpost or Qxpress courier.
Registered mail is highly recommended as it has a tracking number for traceability of the delivery status. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing the tracking number of your parcel and you may then use this number to track the delivery status on Singpost's website (www.singpost.com.sg) or Qxpress's website(http://www.qxpress.asia/)

1. Normal Mail
Parcels will be dispatch via Singpost and may take between 3 to maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) to reach you. Postage fee will start from $1.50 and depends on the item(s) and the quantity you are purchasing. It will be calculated and reflected upon your checkout.
As normal mail is not traceable, registered mail is highly recommended as a safer option for prevention of missing mail. Merryknot will not be liable for delayed and missing mails, hence please opt for registered mail if possible.

Parcels may take up to 3 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) to reach you. Postage fee is $4. Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, we will either use Singpost or Qxpress courier.

SIZE
- Each card topper measures approximately 16cm wide (for texts only). The size may be slightly bigger if you wish to add on some icons to your cake topper. Final measurement is dependent on design. If you require a different size please let us know.
- Maximum 3 lines, with 1 word or 2 short words per line. More words makes the topper more intricate and harder to read. We recommend to go for at least 2 lines as this will give your topper maximum impact on your cake.

- Artwork will include a few combination of font style and send via Whatsapp for selection, no further changes can be made once artwork confirmed.
SIZE
- Each card topper measures approximately 16cm wide (for texts only). The size may be slightly bigger if you wish to add on some icons to your cake topper. Final measurement is dependent on design. If you require a different size please let us know.
- Maximum 3 lines, with 1 word or 2 short words per line. More words makes the topper more intricate and harder to read. We recommend to go for at least 2 lines as this will give your topper maximum impact on your cake.

We need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel after payment is verified.
1. Normal Mail
Parcels will be dispatch via Singpost and may take between 3 to maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) to reach you. Postage fee will start from $1.50 and depends on the item(s) and the quantity you are purchasing. It will be calculated and reflected upon your checkout.
As normal mail is not traceable, registered mail is highly recommended as a safer option for prevention of missing mail. Merryknot will not be liable for delayed and missing mails, hence please opt for registered mail if possible.
2. Registered Mail
Parcels may take up to 3 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) to reach you. Postage fee is $4.50. Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, we will either use Singpost or Qxpress courier.
Registered mail is highly recommended as it has a tracking number for traceability of the delivery status. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing the tracking number of your parcel and you may then use this number to track the delivery status on Singpost's website (www.singpost.com.sg) or Qxpress's website(http://www.qxpress.asia/)
